Basketball Game Preview: McCrory Jaguars vs. Hillcrest Screamin Eagles

The McCrory Jaguars will head out on the road to face off against the Hillcrest Screamin Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

McCrory is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest loss since December 8, 2023 on Tuesday. They were dealt an 83-38 defeat at the hands of England.

Meanwhile, Hillcrest might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Marked Tree an easy 66-46 win. The loss continues a trend for the Screamin Eagles in their matchups with the Indians: they've now lost seven in a row.

Hillcrest's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for McCrory, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

McCrory was dealt a bruising 76-33 defeat at the hands of Hillcrest when the teams last played back in December of 2018. Can McCrory avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
