Basketball Recap: Leicester Takes a Loss

Leicester won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They took a blow against the Millbury Woolies, falling 79-34. The loss continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with the Woolies: they've now lost four in a row.

Leicester now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Millbury, they pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

Leicester is taking a road trip to challenge Prouty at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Millbury, they will welcome Leominster at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
