Volleyball Recap: Wonderful College Prep Academy Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Wonderful College Prep Academy won the last time they faced Caruthers and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lions were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Blue Raiders. The victory was familiar territory for the Lions, who have now won four contests in a row.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-13, 25-21.

Wonderful College Prep Academy's offense was headlined by Julius Contreras and Oscar Zarza, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Aaron Lopez and his 20 assists. Jonathan Ruiz controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

The win got Wonderful College Prep Academy back to even at 6-6. As for Caruthers, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
