Soccer Recap: Webster County Comes Up Short

Webster County lost against Braxton County back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Highlanders lost 11-1 to the Eagles. Webster County were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 6-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Parker Miller, who's now up to three this season.

Webster County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Braxton County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Webster County is taking a road trip to challenge South Harrison at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Braxton County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Midland Trail at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
