Volleyball Recap: Plainfield Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Plainfield Central lost against Joliet West back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Tigers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-10.

Plainfield Central has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for Joliet West, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season.

Plainfield Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Downers Grove South on the 29th. As for Joliet West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Batavia on the 27th.
