Volleyball Recap: River Valley Gets the Win

River Valley won the last time they faced Del Campo and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Falcons came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

River Valley walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13, 18-25, 25-17.

Jada Barr paced River Valley's offense, picking up 14 kills. Barr got some help from Alexa Campos and her 33 assists. Taylor Dill controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

River Valley's win bumped their record up to 13-15. As for Del Campo, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. River Valley is set to square off against their familiar foe Placer at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Del Campo will challenge rival Twelve Bridges at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
