Softball Recap: Southern Alamance Patriots vs. Corinth Holders Pirates
Southern Alamance had lost eight straight at home, but on Saturday they dropped their record down to 9-11 to make it nine. They came up short against the Corinth Holders Pirates, falling 10-4. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pirates apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2019.
As for Corinth Holders, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. Considering they have won nine matchups by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Corinth Holders, they will square off against Cleveland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
