Baseball Recap: Shawnee Comes Up Short

If Shawnee was feeling good fresh off their 12-2 takedown of Will Rogers College on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolves came up short against the Collinsville Cardinals on Thursday, falling 12-0. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Shawnee's loss dropped their record down to 10-26. As for Collinsville, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matches. That somehow still isn't as good as their 28-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Shawnee nor Collinsville have any future games scheduled.
