Softball Recap: Times Squared Academy Takes a Loss

Times Squared Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 6-0 to the Middletown Islanders.

Times Squared Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Middletown, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Times Squared Academy will face off against Rogers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Middletown, they will square off against St. Georges Tech at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Hawks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.86 runs per game on average), something the Islanders will no doubt try to take advantage of.
