Volleyball Recap: Fenwick Comes Up Short

Fenwick lost against Rolling Meadows back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Friars fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1.

BELLA GRAY paced Fenwick's offense, picking up nine kills. GRAY got some help from SOFIA GROSSMAN and her ten assists. Finally, LILLY BOYLE kept Fenwick's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Fenwick's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Rolling Meadows, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Fenwick has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Reavis on the 30th. As for Rolling Meadows, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Glenbard South on the 30th.
