Basketball Game Preview: Louisburg Wildcats vs. Bonner Springs Braves

The Louisburg Wildcats are taking a road trip to take on the Bonner Springs Braves at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Louisburg lost 58-36 to Baldwin on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Bonner Springs entered their tilt with Eudora on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They snuck past the Cardinals with a 61-55 win. That's two games straight that the Braves have won by exactly six points.

Louisburg's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Bonner Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Louisburg beat Bonner Springs 53-45 when the teams last played back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Louisburg since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
