Soccer Game Preview: El Toro vs. Beckman

The El Toro Chargers will head out to face off against the Beckman Patriots at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.

El Toro's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Trabuco Hills with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was all the more spectacular given the Chargers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 207th, while the Mustangs are ranked 50th).

Meanwhile, Beckman and Cypress finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw back in December of 2024.

Beckman's draw makes their record 5-1-2 this season. As for El Toro, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-4.
