The Franklin Admirals will face off against the Independence Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Franklin is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.9 goals per game this season.

Franklin is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Tennessee's top teams: Ravenwood, who was ranked 11th at the time (Franklin was ranked first). The Admirals came out on top against the Raptors by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for Franklin, who have now won three games in a row.

Caleb Moss and Tristiano Alfano scored all three of Franklin's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Meanwhile, Independence hadn't done well against Brentwood recently (they were 0-8-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Eagles came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bruins, sneaking past 2-1.

Franklin pushed their record up to 7-0-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those three matches. As for Independence, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.
