Basketball Recap: Corcoran Comes Up Short

Corcoran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They had to suffer through an 80-52 loss at the hands of the Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 652nd, while the Red Rams are ranked 87th).

Corcoran's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

Corcoran has already played their next game (against Auburn), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Jamesville-DeWitt also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Fowler.
