Softball Recap: Pana Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Pana's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Staunton Bulldogs on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost six in a row.

Kennedy Bowker was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base and one double.

Pana's record now sits at 10-10-1. As for Staunton, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season.

Pana will square off against Warrensburg-Latham at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Staunton, they will head out to challenge Civic Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
