Softball Game Preview: Grinnell Tigers vs. Clear Creek-Amana Clippers

Grinnell is on a nine-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Clear Creek-Amana is on a six-game streak of away wins (also dating back to last season): one of those streaks is about to end. The Tigers will host the Clippers at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Grinnell 3, Clear Creek-Amana 3.3) so any runs scored will be well earned.

On Tuesday, Grinnell made easy work of Southeast Warren and carried off a 12-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.
