Basketball Game Preview: Shawnee Wolves vs. Guthrie Bluejays

The Shawnee Wolves and the Guthrie Bluejays will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Guthrie is hoping to do what Newcastle couldn't on Friday: put an end to Shawnee's winning streak, which now stands at four games. Shawnee slipped by Newcastle 39-38.

Shawnee pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

As for Guthrie, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished 9-18.

Shawnee came out on top in a nail-biter against Guthrie in their previous meeting back in January, sneaking past 27-25. Will Shawnee repeat their success, or does Guthrie have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
