Softball Recap: Beyer Patriots vs. Los Banos Tigers
After low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Beyer brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They put the hurt on the Los Banos Tigers with a sharp 10-3 victory on Wednesday. For the Patriots, this counts as revenge for the 7-0 win the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.
Destiny Pitts was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off nine hits. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in February of 2025. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one RBI. Those hits marked the first that she has got this season.
