Nate Apodaca Game Report: @ Rio Vista

Passers beware: Nate Apodaca came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also rushed for 24 yards and one TD, and also picked up 44 receiving yards, helping propel Winters past Rio Vista by a score of 34-15. We hope Friday's game is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Coming up, Apodaca and Winters will be playing in front of their home fans against Gridley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will enter the matchup having just beaten University Prep, so the Warriors will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
