Helias had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Kearney Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

Liza Boyer was the offensive standout of the contest as she had seven digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last eight matchups.

Helias' win bumped their record up to 23-1-1. As for Kearney, they moved to 17-7-2 with that defeat, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

Helias and Kearney should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings. The Crusaders will take on Rock Bridge at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (5 vs. 38). Meanwhile, Kearney (ranked 76th) will meet Winnetonka (ranked 321st) at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
