             Washington had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.9 goals) and they went ahead and made it nine on Saturday. They put the hurt on the North Posey Vikings with a sharp  4-1 victory. The Hatchets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by three  goals or more this season.

 Alan Santillan scored all four of Washington's goals,  bringing their combined season tally to 24 goals.
 Washington pushed their record up to 10-2 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. As for North Posey, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
 Washington will take on Jasper at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. One thing working in Washington's favor is that they have posted at least four  goals  in their last six matchups. As for North Posey, they are on the road again  on Monday to play Mt. Carmel at 5:30  p.m.
