Basketball Recap: Westinghouse Takes a Loss

Westinghouse was the 53-45 winner over Perry Traditional Academy when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Westinghouse Bulldogs fell to the Perry Traditional Academy Commodores 61-56.

Westinghouse's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Perry Traditional Academy, they moved to 1-10 with that win, which also ended their 16-game losing streak.

Westinghouse will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Taylor Allderdice at 3:15 p.m. on January 28th. After both having extra time off, Perry Traditional Academy and Obama Academy of International Studies will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 3:15 p.m. on January 28th.
