Football Game Preview: Tioga Bulldogs vs. Hamilton Bulldogs + How To Watch

Tioga will face off against Hamilton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

If Tioga beats Hamilton with 50 points on Friday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Bulldogs claimed a resounding 50-13 victory over Nocona. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 37 points or more this season.

Tioga's receiving core played a big role in the win, headlined by Kyson Kirkland and Jaxson Hurst. Kirkland threw for 242 yards and four touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes while Hurst picked up 117 receiving yards and three TDs. Hurst is becoming a predictor of Tioga's success: when he posts at least two receiving touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-4 when he doesn't). Justin Arrington made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Meanwhile, Hamilton came tearing into Friday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 35 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 27-26 W against the Bearcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted since December 6, 2024.

Hamilton's record now sits at 8-2. As for Tioga, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Tioga was able to grind out a solid victory over Hamilton in their previous matchup back in November of 2023, winning 30-20. Will Tioga repeat their success, or does Hamilton has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
