Fort Hill's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Mountain Ridge Miners as they made off with an 11-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Sentinels, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Jacob VanMeter was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Colt Resh, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Fort Hill kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Fort Hill's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Mountain Ridge, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

As of now, neither Fort Hill nor the Miners have any future games scheduled.
