Volleyball Recap: Corinth Holders Pirates vs. Laney Buccaneers
Corinth Holders and Laney squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Corinth Holders had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Buccaneers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Pirates have suffered since September 4th.
While Corinth Holders was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-23, 25-13.
Leading Laney to victory were Kinsley Nagle and Abigail (Abbey) Hendren. Nagle had 17 assists and nine digs, while Hendren had eight assists and two aces.
