Baseball Recap: Greenbrier East Spartans vs. Independence Patriots

Greenbrier East extended their losing streak to nine on Tuesday, dropping them down to 3-22. They lost 13-6 to the Independence Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-1 on Thursday.

Sam Roshau put in work no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits.
