Volleyball Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

Franklin lost against Lincoln back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Panthers came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-10, 25-7.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Lincoln, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-17.

Franklin and Lincoln could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Panthers (ranked 1252nd) will meet Eagle Rock (ranked 311th) at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lincoln will challenge Marshall at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank disadvantage (786 vs. 381).
