After losing to Granite Hills the last time they met, Lindsay decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cardinals walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Grizzlies on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cardinals.

Lindsay never let Granite Hills on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 26-24.

Arianna Medrano paced Lindsay's offense, picking up nine kills. Medrano got some help from Alyah Ibarra and her eight assists. Ibarra was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Lindsay's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Granite Hills, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.

Lindsay has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Farmersville on the 23rd. As for Granite Hills, they will challenge Kennedy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
