Volleyball Recap: Fenton Takes a Loss

Fenton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bartlett Hawks. The Bison were not able to make up for their loss to the Hawks from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Fenton started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 17-25, 25-14, 25-15.

Fenton's record is now 8-19. As for Bartlett, the victory snapped their losing streak at 12 matches and leaves them with a 6-16 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fenton will welcome Elmwood Park at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bartlett, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Elgin at 5:30 p.m.
