Fulton Science Academy has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Holy Spirit Prep Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.
Fulton Science Academy pushed their score all the way to 80 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 85-80 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cristo Rey Atlanta. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Fulton Science Academy in their matchups with Cristo Rey Atlanta: they've now lost five in a row.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Andre Green, Jr., who scored 40 points. That was a full 50% of Fulton Science Academy's points, marking the 11th time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Samir Noohani, who scored 28 points.
Holy Spirit Prep played against Dominion Christian and lost via forfeit.
