Pearce is 8-2 against Berkner since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Pearce Mustangs will head out on the road to square off against the Berkner Rams at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Pearce is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Nimitz: they outscored them in every quarter. Pearce blew past Nimitz 57-36 on Friday. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Mustangs had established a 20 point advantage.

Meanwhile, Berkner was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 64-58 to Dallas Jesuit.

Pearce is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.2 points per game. As for Berkner, their loss dropped their record down to 19-12.

Pearce couldn't quite finish off Berkner in their previous matchup back in January and fell 67-65. Can Pearce avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
