Basketball Game Preview: Mount Sinai Mustangs vs. Byram Hills Bobcats

The Mount Sinai Mustangs will face off against the Byram Hills Bobcats at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Mount Sinai knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 24 games -- so hopefully Byram Hills likes a good challenge.

Mount Sinai's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dominic Pennzello, who posted 21 points and six boards. They put the hurt on the Saints with a sharp 66-44 victory. The Bobcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Mount Sinai is on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 18 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.1 points over those games. Byram Hills' win bumped their record up to 24-2.
