Softball Recap: Cooper City Comes Up Short on the Road Against American Heritage

Cooper City had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 10-0 to the American Heritage Patriots on Tuesday. The Cowboys were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Cooper City saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordyn Samson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Looking ahead, Cooper City will head out to challenge Park Vista at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for American Heritage, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Palm Beach Gardens at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
