The team also got some help courtesy of Zion Sandy, who threw for 78 yards and three touchdowns.
Space Coast wouldn't let Gateway keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Alex Banachoski was the leader in that area as all came courtesy of his dominant performance.
The victory got St. Edward's back to even at 1-1. As for Space Coast, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-0.
