Soccer Game Preview: Pilot Point vs. Eagle Mountain

The Pilot Point Bearcats are taking a road trip to square off against the Eagle Mountain Knights at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Pilot Point's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Eagle Mountain's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Pilot Point saw some tournament action on Saturday. They and Carter-Riverside finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last matchup, Eagle Mountain made sure to put some goals up on the board against Sanger on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Indians. Considering Eagle Mountain's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Pilot Point's draw makes their record 2-1-2 this season. As for Eagle Mountain, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
