Recap: Terrell County Greenwave vs. Miller County Pirates
The Terrell County Greenwave had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They claimed a resounding 85-39 win over Miller County at home. Terrell County has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 30 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Terrell County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Keavonte Anderson, who scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Shaheed Huckaby, who scored 12 points.
Terrell County's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-9. As for Miller County, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
Terrell County will head out on the road to face off against Quitman County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Miller County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Randolph-Clay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Randolph-Clay is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
