Volleyball Recap: Calhoun Academy Takes a Loss

Calhoun Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the War Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Wednesday.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-19, 25-14.

Calhoun Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Colleton Prep Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-11-1.

Looking ahead, Calhoun Academy will take on Wilson Hall at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Colleton Prep Academy, they have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Thomas Heyward Academy on the 18th.
