Teurlings Catholic took down Breaux Bridge 38-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
The Rebels led 4A District 5 in scoring this week after putting up 38 points on the Tigers.
St. Thomas More's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cougars feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Brandon Bergeron has thrown for 1918 yards and 16 touchdowns this season, while Seth Kelly has 43 catches for 786 yards. Grant Dozier leads the league in rushing with 497 yards.
Entering into this week's contest against Breaux Bridge, Bergeron is short just 82 passing yards to break 2,000 on the season.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Cougars take on the Tigers. At the moment, St. Thomas More is in fourth, while Breaux Bridge is in third.
Jim Hightower's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,305 from 2,609. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 35-14 victory over Northside last week.
