Football Game Preview: McLaughlin vs. Todd County

On Friday Todd County take on McLaughlin at 6:00 PM. Todd County are cruising in on a four-game winning streak while McLaughlin are stumbling in off of three consecutive losses.

Last Friday, Todd County put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They were fully in charge, breezing past Standing Rock/Selfridge 68-8. Senior Josh Rowland and senior Bryant Burnette were among the main playmakers for Todd County as the former caught passes for 125 yards and 4 touchdowns and the latter rushed for 111 yards and 3 touchdowns. Burnette has been a consistent playmaker for Todd County as this was the 4th good game in a row from him.

Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: McLaughlin lost to Lead-Deadwood, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-50.

Todd County took the matchup and then some with a 56-6 victory the last time the two teams met over McLaughlin.
