Softball Recap: Alliance Health Services Academy Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Alliance Health Services Academy's offense. They came up short against the Animo Venice Pirates on Thursday, falling 30-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in March.

Alliance Health Services Academy's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Animo Venice, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 9-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Alliance Health Services Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe Middle College at 3:00 p.m. on the 24th. Meanwhile, Animo Venice will take on rival Animo Watts at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
