Gorham had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.7 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They never let Deering get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. Gorham's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Gorham's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Deering, they dropped their record down to 3-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
