Bergen Tech dropped their record down to 13-14 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins. They came up short against  Gloucester County Tech, falling  11-1. The Knights were not able to make up for their  defeat to Gloucester County Tech from their previous meeting  back in May of 2024.
 Bergen Tech saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Josbaldy Santos, who  went 1-for-3 with one  double.
As for Gloucester County Tech, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-15 record  this season. Those  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games.
On Gloucester County Tech's side,  Andrew Valey spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a  run (which was  unearned)  on two hits and racked up seven Ks. Valey also  tossed  no  earned runs, which is notable because Gloucester County Tech is 6-3 when he allows at  most  two  earned runs, but 4-12 otherwise.
 At the plate, Gloucester County Tech let  Phil Murphy and  Reed Murphy run wild. Phil  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  double, while  Reed  went a perfect 4-for-4 with two  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double. Gloucester County Tech is 3-1 when  Phil posts two or  more  runs, but 7-14 otherwise. Another player making a difference was  Vincent Rosas, who  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI and one  stolen base.
 Bergen Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gloucester County Tech, they will take on Gloucester Catholic at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday.
