Basketball Recap: Whitehall/Harrison/Willow Creek Takes a Loss

Whitehall/Harrison/Willow Creek won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They were dealt a 63-23 loss at the hands of the Ennis Mustangs. While losing is never fun, Whitehall/Harrison/Willow Creek can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while Ennis is ranked eighth).

Whitehall/Harrison/Willow Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Ennis, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.

Whitehall/Harrison/Willow Creek will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. Ennis has already played their next match (against Whitehall), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
