Volleyball Recap: Maiden Blue Devils vs. South Iredell Vikings
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hickory, Maiden was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the South Iredell Vikings. For the Blue Devils, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2021.
The victory didn't come easy: South Iredell scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 22-25, 25-22, 25-19.
