Tae-Marr Tubbs was incredible, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with four stolen bases, four runs, and three RBI. He has been hot for a while, having posted at least one stolen base the last 12 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Quadire Hamtpon-Johnson, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI.

Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, while Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Hill Freedman World Academy. The Panthers blew past the Hawks 11-0.
