Prestonwood Christian and Liberty Christian are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2017, but not for long. The Lions will take on the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Prestonwood Christian's offense will try to repeat the strong performance it gave last Friday, when they got past St. Thomas Catholic's usually-dominant defense. The Lions really took it to the Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up a 45-17 victory. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Lions had established a 21-point advantage.

It was another big night for William Taylor, who rushed for 185 yards and three TDs. Prestonwood Christian also got a significant boost from Braden Bixler, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 87 yards.
