Volleyball Recap: Lutheran Has No Trouble Against Heritage Christian Academy

Lutheran's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Heritage Christian Academy Chargers as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Knights as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

While Lutheran might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Heritage Christian Academy scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 29-27, 25-18, 25-22.

Avery Harman paced Lutheran's offense, picking up seven kills. Harman got some help from Ariana Hardy and her nine assists.

Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 5-14-1. As for Heritage Christian Academy, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-17.

Lutheran has already played their next contest (against Wellington-Napoleon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Heritage Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
