Basketball Recap: Ontario Comes Up Short

If Ontario was feeling good fresh off their 66-46 takedown of Payette last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Ontario Tigers were beaten by the Homedale Trojans 62-23 on Friday. The Tigers have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Ontario's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Homedale, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ontario will host La Grande at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Homedale, they will be playing at home against Weiser at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
