Volleyball Recap: Milford Extends Winning Streak to Three

Milford waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Walled Lake Central Vikings. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Lexa Pierson paced Milford's offense, picking up ten kills. Pierson got some help from Delaney Heflin and her 17 assists. Kyler Madison controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Milford's victory bumped their record up to 27-8-1. As for Walled Lake Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 0-18-2 record this season.

Milford is on the road again on Saturday to play Walled Lake Northern at 1:00 p.m. Walled Lake Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
