Soccer Recap: Milton Gets the Win

Milton hadn't done well against Pensacola Catholic recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Milton Panthers had just enough and edged the Pensacola Catholic Crusaders out 4-3. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Crusaders back in November, they had to take a 4-2 defeat.

The victory got Milton back to even at 4-4-2. As for Pensacola Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.

Milton has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Pine Forest on the 16th. As for Pensacola Catholic, they will head out on the road to face off against Walton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Walton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.3 goals per game this season.
